My stay at the resort was quite pleasant overall, with beautifully designed rooms that had a great kitchen area. The staff was professional and handled a payment issue for me swiftly. However, I did have a minor hiccup with being charged twice for my room. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants, but the dining options were a bit underwhelming.
